IRC private messages should not be used to request support. This is generally considered unscalable, selfish and rude. It is unscalable, because I cannot personally and directly provide tech support to hundreds of people, times X pieces of software written. It is selfish, because you are not asking questions in a public forum, where any helpful answers generated are immediately shared to all (and helpfully archived for search engines). And it is rude, because you are directly beeping a person's IRC terminal.
After the 100th (yes, I counted) private message asking for technical support, this HTML page was written. You are not the first. You are not the tenth. Nor even the 80th person to request private, unpaid, beeping support in this manner.
Ask your question on the forum, and help build a community that mutually shares knowledge and supports each other.
